Tried their Afghani Chicken and Grilled Chicken. Afghani Chicken has a nice mild sweet tinge to it, different from the usual dishes. Perfect for kids. It is loaded with tutti frutti as toppings. Kids will love it (esp those kids who do not like spicy food). Grilled Chicken has been consistently good. Ambience and Service is top notch. Can confidently take your guests and family here. The place is filled with families and couples. That says a lot about their good food, service and ambience.

Terrible Experience – Rude Staff & Bad Food I had gone to this place today with my friend and her mother. I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant today. The food tasted terrible, so we politely shared our feedback with the staff. Instead of addressing our concerns, they bluntly told us, "This is how we make it in our restaurant," and dismissed us by saying that no one else had complained—implying that the problem was ours, not theirs. To make matters worse, the staff started misbehaving with us. When we called the manager, we expected a more professional response, but shockingly, the manager was just as rude. Instead of listening or showing any courtesy, he arrogantly said, "Why did you eat the food then? Our food is like this only. Just pay and leave." The lack of respect and customer service here is beyond unacceptable. If you care about good food, respect, and basic hospitality, DO NOT GO to this place. Absolutely horrible experience.

Hi, We had a disappointing experience at Village Restaurant, Electronic City. We ordered a mango lassi, but it was extremely sour — it tasted like the fruit had gone bad. When we raised this concern, the staff bluntly told us, "This is how it is, we won’t change it." While other food items were decent, the staff's attitude and the way they handled our concern were shocking and unacceptable. I’m not sure if this review will reach the management, but if you're serious about maintaining quality, it has to begin with improving customer service and staff behavior.

Poor service from the staff, the staff is judging the person based on their outfit. Unprofessional behaviour and service to customers. Unfriendly welcoming behaviour experienced by the staff there were no table attendant on to off that rude behaviour while talking and taking the order. we have been to this restaurant today and ordered rumali roti n chicken tikka masala.the chicken was not cooked in the tikka masala and when we complained about it the management agreed to that but by the time they gave us replacement we were already done with the food. when we asked the manager he was not ready to take any action.

Horrible experience, ordered Chicken noodles and Garlic chicken, received Rice and egg curry, Zomato will only refund half and resturant not ready to replace or take any further action, this is the second time facing this kind of issue. Horrible from Village restaurant not recommended to order online
