During a recent staycation at Oberoi's took the opportunity to try out multiple dishes from the recently revsmped menu. For my wife and me Wabi Sabi continurs to be an exciting place to try out new dishes and flavours. The standout dish for me was the Alaskan King Crab, with the large crab segment slit open so that it was struggle free to access the crab meat. Juicy sweet crab meat with delicate seasoning, what more can one ask for. The other close contender were the bite sized Crispy Pork Belly pieces with a tiny squeeze of a delightful chilli dressing. This paired very well with thr Truffle Mushroom fried rice for a meal when we didn't want rich sauces. The Yinyang salad was a medley of exotic mushroom textures and made a delightful starter. Another absolute favourite was the perfectly cooked Coriander butter scallops on charred corn. The desserts at Wabi Sabi are custom made creations by Chef Masoom and an absolute visual treat and are a must have to round off the meal. Our favourites were Into the Dark and A walk in the Garden. Looking forward to returning to try out other items in the menu. Keep it up Wabi Sabi, your experiments are creating exciting new dishes.

It’s a rare pleasure to encounter a dining experience that feels truly original. Prateek Gulati, Rahul, and the entire team went above and beyond to make my father’s birthday so much fun, so much so that we were too engaged to even take many photos. The mushroom salad with passion fruit sorbet is nothing short of brilliant; it is easily one of the most innovative dishes I’ve seen in years. The eggplant in Cantonese sauce and truffle mushroom fried rice were equally standout. While we had already experienced Chef Masoom’s culinary excellence during our stay, the desserts were a revelation in their own right. I’ll certainly be returning to explore the rest of the menu. Highly recommended.

What a delightful experience! We had a super delicious meal at Wabi Sabi — every dish was thoughtfully crafted, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Special mention ti Avni, chef Vishnu & Rahul. The ambience is calm and elegant, and the service, as expected from The Oberoi, was top-notch. Highly recommended if you’re looking for soulful, fresh Asian flavours in Bangalore.

Ambience was very good. We went quite late at night but it was served quickly. Food tasted delicious. Portion of meal was appropriate. Best of all, the staff was so helpful, my son was already feeling sleepy. They took extra miles to make sure he was comfortably seated. Ultimate dining experience.

Not just delicious but truly unique preparations that I've never had elsewhere. We were attended to by Paudi, whose service was intuitive and who was happy to answer our queries. All in all, a memorable evening. I'll surely be visiting again.

A thoroughly underwhelming experience. From the mediocre food to the dull ambience and inattentive service, nothing lived up to expectations. The mosquito problem only added to the discomfort and completely ruined the evening. There are many better places that offer a far more pleasant and hygienic dining experience.

Had reserved a week plus in advance, got the confirmation and everything for the table, It was for a special occasion, despite that, when we reached the table was not free, instead was offered seat outside in a place full of mosquito’s. There’s no respect for time or for occasions. Never Again. 1 star.
