Just 3 lines on Wanley. 1. Quintessential and exactly what the doctor ordered in terms of food quality, flavours, and portions. 2. Old school Kolkata Chinese eating house ambience. Absolutely zero expenditure on lighting and all that, but somehow it always comes out better! 3. Staff reminds me of Tiretti Bazaar in Calcutta - bare minimum hospitality but super fast service and dirt cheap prices. Competing for first place with Khawa Karpo for best Asian flavours in Bengaluru for sure!

Wanley is an amazing restaurant, I come here often now. The first time I came here was in June 2023. I fell in love with the food, now every time I pass near the area I always eat here. I usually get chicken noodles and sweet and sour chicken. 10/10 recommend, also the service is fast and the servers are kind

Been going to that place since my childhood. Cooks have changed over the years, but they somehow have managed to keep the legacy going. Chilly roast pork, steam rice, mixed fried rice, ginger garlic chicken curry and oyster sauce chicken curry are the best from the menu.

We reached here at 2:55 pm just 5 mins before lunch time. Still the staff welcomed us and served us well. we ordered : Chilly Prawns(awesome), Hunan Chicken, Burnt Garlic Noodles and Singapore Noodles. As always probably the best authentic Chinese food in this area.

Old guard of Tangra Chinese in Bangalore. Bare minimum service and ambience, but top tier, bang for the buck food! Recommended: Chilli roast pork, any noodles (they're thinner than what you'd find anywhere else!), the Hunan chicken.

I have been to wanleys a few times over the years and this time when I came to this place the food was so bad and bland I had chicken chilly garlic fried rice and Malaysian noodles with dragon chicken everything was so bad bland , dragon chicken didn't even look appetizing and none of the dishes didn't look fresh at all wanley's quality is become so bad and the service was bad too

We reached the restaurant at 2:55 in the afternoon when we were told they would only take the last order. We ordered a few items and realised within 1 minute that we wanted to add another item. The waiter named 'PREM' refused to take our order. While eating, the same waiter comes to us and tells us to hurry because the restaurant shuts at 3:30. He said "if you don't finish by 3:30, you can parcel the rest of it". This is the WORST SERVICE I have ever received. PREM was so ARROGANT and DISMISSIVE through the service. DO NOT VISIT this restaurant, or you might feel humiliated especially when it comes to food.

Recently we went to wanley. Just went to wash my hands. Saw the owner Thomas, picking prawns from a parcel(left over) which was ordered by a customer who was dinning in the restaurant. Today is my last visit to Wanley🙏

Pathetic. No taste. Pls don't waste your money here. It was an absolute disappointment for me. They are serving noodles put in water lol
