What a place to be at, brilliant hospitality and creativity. Lots and lots of options in cakes, teas and coffee. A great place to spend your Sunday. Deepak from the team is amazing.

We decided to head out for a coffee and WBC was one of the few outlets that we were still to visit. I had been to the m cafe and WBG earlier but this was my first visit to WBC. The place is located off the entrance - small and cozy. Choices are a bit limited with the drinks and the eatables on the menu were few. However if u browse around , u will find lots more not on the menu. We ordered the peach rosemary cake , chicken quiche ( the bacon one was not available damn ! ) and cafe mocha. The quiche was beautifully served and tasted great. The cake was good ! The mocha was ok but the cookie accompainent made me happy . Overall a bit pricey but the snacks ( cake in particular ) were good.

Been there for a late breakfast time just to have a cup of coffee with my son, as it's a week end the place looks very empty, for me I enjoyed the view of the waterfalls with a pleasant atmosphere around, very well decorated place with good range of bakeries, Cheeses, cold meats and confectionary products, interiors were pretty, Service would need little more grooming, need to repeat every word twice to get the things done which includes billing too. Food 5/5, Service 3/5, Ambience 5/5 VFM 5/5

Visited during Christmas eve. Nicely tucked near the main reception lobby. Nothing fancy but cosy,place u sit with a book and sip coffee. Food is a mixed bag. Sandwich and quiche was perfect. Coffe okay. Tea was below average. Masala tea was cold. Replaced post complain. No cookie or biscuit with tea. Littlr strange. We also got Christmas cake. Nice but expensive. Service bit sloppy. Overall okay

Do you know how when you visit home and your mom will be with you chit chatting and then briefly disappear into kitchen and come out with dishes that is just not possible to make in 2 mins. WBC is just like that, but in every opposite sense. We ordered two coffee combos and one sandwich. There were 3 tables occupied and 4 staff members behind the counter. One coffee arrived and there was no sign of the second. Other tables got served their coffees and then our second coffee arrived a full 15 mins after the first. The sandwich was far more elusive. After multiple "just 2 more minutes sir" it showed up after 45 mins. Slapping some sliced tomatoes on bread should not take this long at a Marriott. And no one checked the fries which were 2x salty. When it finally arrived we were told it was because of the rush. (Still only 4 tables occupied). In fact, I was very surprised that the staff, having gone through formal hospitality training was so out of it. Our pastry was served with a knife and fork.
