Winni is a fraudulent company. I would have given a negative rating if possible. This company is a scam. Firstly, the status showed that the cake is delivered while it was not. Secondly, when I inquired I was informed that they didn't deliver the cake because the delivery guy had called and no one picked up the call. Clearly I didn't receive any call. Also, there is no explanation from the company why the delivery guy had to call even though the correct address was given. He didn't even reach the site but called. Secondly, initially the delivery charge was Rs 50 but next day they are charged me additional Rs 150 for re-delivery without any explanation. This company is a scam and the customer service is horrible. Would never recommend to order from this site.

Terrible service. They did not delivery my order of flower bouquet worth Rs.600 and made stupid excuses that the pin code was incorrect. When all other couriers are being delivered with the same pincode, they did not even bother to call and check about the address. They refused to refund the money. Clearly, they are a fraud company with the worst possible customer service. NEVER EVER order from Winni, we have many other competitors with better customer service like Ferns & Petals who do a great job.

Winni was not able to deliver the order ontime or on that date. They cannot refund because they do not have an option to cancel the order. Why do I need an order for future date with this kind of service. Poor Poor customer service and extremely disappointed . There is the no point of sending cake after the occassion passed by and the concerned person is not in town too!!

They sent plum cake instead of rum cake, they got no rum cake with them instead of showing the courtesy to say No , they cheated by accepting the order and sending the dry plum cake which was horrible We spent 850 for nothing. Spoiled the Christmas mood. Please don't buy from here as even they don't know what they are sending.

Ordered a Pineapple fresh cream cake for a b'day celebration. Very worst quality ,taste of the cream was v v bad. The pineapple chunks were sour. The customer care is irresponsible,agreed to refund but ignored the complaint. Overall a worst experience. Do not order any cake with Winnie.

Birthday cake was supposed to be delivered within the date and time after that it's of no use and delivery charges were equal to cake charges. Very bad experience they didn't cancel the order or refunded

Sent shabbily packed stale flowers. Guys this company is cheater. Do not buy anything from them. They even do not know how to pack the flowers. Pathetic Winni

Delivery was late, the cake was smelling and stale, and the customer representatives even worse. Very disappointed, will never consider this place again.

SCammers. Accepting order and taking money. Cancelling the order when the delivery in on due. Looks like a scammers.
