I ordered pan fried chicken momos, and left the counter for a while after collecting my bill. 10 minutes later, when I went to check on my order, I was informed that pan fried momos were not available and I could no longer get a refund since it was over 10 minutes. They could only give me a partial refund, saying that they tried searching for me but they couldn't. They could have called me up within the 5 minutes or better yet, informed me of the issue while I was placing the order. I was disappointed with the service this time, because usually I enjoy dining at Wow Momo.

Very rude salesperson.Absolutely pathetic service.Food was not proper cooked.Completely nightmare experience..
