i’ve visited this place twice now, both times with a group of friends, and no one has been disappointed. the restaurant is in a nice location near church street, so it’s easy to get to if you’re out shopping or hanging out. the service is fast as the restaurant is rarely crowded and the delicious food is always served piping hot and in tremendous portions. i cannot exaggerate the value for money this restaurant offers. their veg thukpa is simply a must-have. yak’s kitchen is now a favourite among my friend circle (i take credit for introducing them all) and no trip to church street is complete without eating there.

Never disappoints whether it’s food or service! 100% recommend Especially order the Laphing, it is the best in town for sure

Nice and small cozy place serving tibetan and Chinese food. Liked the ambiance. The food was good overall. The prawns and the fried rice was quite nice. The chicken crispy was pretty average. Portion size was decent and service was helpful too. Pricing is a bit high comparatively. Ambiance - 4/5 Service - 3.5/5 Food Quality/ Presentation - 4/5 Taste - 4/5 Portion size - 4/5 Value for money - 3.5/5

One of the best Laphing, tingmo and pork places around. The momos are average, a tad bit dry. The mokthuk is outstanding. The thukpa, tastes like they use instant shin ramyun, which could've been better. The service is fast. The restaurant should, however, work on the cleanliness of the restroom. The food quality and the quaint ambience do make up for this anyway.

Lovely place to dine at for pan asian flavours. Definite must-tries: Char Siew (Pork), Mapo Tofu (Veg), Laphing (starter - Veg) and Mixed Fried Rice (chicken, beef and pork). Avoid the Tempura Uramaki (Prawn) as it isn't up to the mark.

i loved the food, service time was quick, and the food is affordable for me as a student. the milkshakes were good but diluted. my only problem was the washroom - it wasnt clean at all.

They have reopened. Do give it a try for authentic momos and thukpa and other Tibetan dishes.

Basic food. The momos did not much filling. The noodles were basic . They have a lot of options but they need to get the basic right. The noodles were bland. The shapely did not have much filling. Not visiting again ! Also, they dont have card machine and dont accept card and no intimation was provided anywhere in the restaurant to indicate that. Overall not value for money
