While we were ordering, we wanted to have the special biriyani but we were told that it was out of stock and only the chicken Hyderabadi biriyani was available. Surprisingly, after sometime we saw the same waiter take order for special biriyani in another table. When we directly asked the waiter, he said that since the Hyderabadi biriyani is over now, so we are serving special biriyani again! Why this disparity in taking orders? Well, you just lost a customer!

nothing Arabic about the food. order any speciality and it's not available. what's available is very ordinary. once you place the order, at least three times you need to remind of missing items. like curry is served and then they forget about bread. very unclean bathroom too. not worth the money

We ordered pepper BBQ chicken, which was nice. Nothing special, it was just decent. However, I found a FLY 🪰 in mg biriyani, hence the experience was not great at all. Please improve hygiene level

it's near my home and I like some of their dishes so I've been there many times bcz it's convenient. however, there hasn't been a single time that their waiters spoiled it for me. They are extremely rude, have messed up the order every single time, and never even apologise no matter how big of a mistake they make. And somehow this happens every time I go there. Sometimes they forget what we ordered, sometimes they don't take the order to the kitchen, sometimes they bring the wrong item, sometimes they say nothing is available until some senior comes and tells it is available, they'll bring sugar in sugarless drinks, won't being ice in drinks even after being asked, will bring chicken in place of mutton, and all the time they won't even come to you no matter how many times you call them. If you call a guy, he'll ask someone else to go, then he'll ask someone else, and then nobody comes.

Food sucks. It will take ten years for you to get water. Even longer if it's summer. What with it being Bangalore and all I guess. Generations of your family will have to pray to the heavenly gods to get served with food. And if the gods do not like your plea, you'll be told that the product you ordered is not available. Only visit if you don't value your time and are willing to be taken for a ride. :)

There was a dead baby cockroach in their mouth refresher. They served some random biryani in the name of Hyderabadi dum biryani.

Ordered Barq Chicken Platter, it was horrible. Opened the box and threw it away in the dustbin. Not worth it

Naan was not good and neither the quality of gravy in butter paneer. Behaviour of waiters is careless.
