Taste: 5/5 Ambience: 3.5/5 (it is a very busy restaurant, so noise was there) Price: 4/5 Amazing food. By far the most delicious Arabian food I've ever had. This has become my #1, my go-to restaurant for any Arabian food. I have had their special BBQ chicken, Mutton Laham, i don't remember which dish but their fish is also very well prepared. For desserts, please, I request you to try Kunafa; we had cream cheese Kunafa - oh my, so good.

Had been to this place this afternoon. Happy to have chosen this restaurant for my lunch. Impressed with the courteous and helpful staff. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Rates are on the higher side. Serving portions are generous. Overall experience was good.

Chicken lollipop was the best. Malai Tikka was average. Chicken methi n roti was also good. Ghee rice n Dal was good too. Biryani was yum but the Chicken Tikka was uncooked. Overall experience was good.

From the moment we arrived, everything seemed to go wrong. We were seated at a table where the AC wasn’t working, and despite multiple requests, we were only moved to another corner where the AC was somewhat functional. The menu was confusing and poorly explained. We ordered a chicken starter from the “Tawa Kebabs” section, expecting it to be tawa-fried, but instead, it was deep-fried. When we asked the server about this, he claimed it was mentioned in the menu, but when we asked to see the menu, there was no such mention. After some back-and-forth, the dish was replaced. For the main course, we ordered a sizzler, and the server shockingly asked us, "You know what a sizzler is, right? Don’t complain anymore." I was stunned by this remark. As we continued ordering, he repeated, “You know what you’re ordering, right? Don’t complain anymore.” The service was rude and unprofessional. The food itself was extremely disappointing. The so-called "sizzler" consisted of curry and rice with stale French fries, which were bland and unappetizing. When you compare the prices to the quality of food and service, it’s clear that this restaurant is vastly overpriced. The only redeeming factor was the kunafa, which was enjoyable. I took my guests there hoping for a nice dinner, but we all left disappointed. Based on this experience, I won't be returning. In terms of both food and value, I believe restaurants like Empire offer a much better dining experience.

I recently ordered chicken and mutton dishes from this place but was quite disappointed. The flavors were not up to the mark, and the meat didn’t seem fresh or well-cooked. The spices felt either too overpowering or completely bland in some bites. Overall, I didn’t enjoy the meal and expected better quality. Hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the taste.

last night visited Zaitoon, but had a very bad experience . The chilly chicken was not cooked properly had a bad smell overall the food was not upto the mark, service was very slow , according to me only the mouth freshner was good . please don't go and waste your time.
