The non veg combo is very reasonable here and the food quality is good too. Pricing is quite reasonable for the combo and the options are good. Liked the chicken kabab, andhra chicken and Chinese style chicken. Biryani was good too. Ambiance is nice and they have multiple floors. Great value for money. Ordered Anjal tawa fry and prawns as starters..neatly cooked and the masala content tastes great! Boiled rice, bhangda curry along with neer dosa was a great combo..overall food quality was absolutely awesome..must visit place in Kammanahalli if you are a sea food lover.

I have been a regular customer of Zamindar, but after this incident I will never order or visit again. My latest Swiggy order of Hyderabad Dum Biryani was an absolute disgrace to food and hygiene. The biryani was drenched in oil—when I squeezed the rice, nearly 150 ml of oil poured out. This is not the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani they serve during dine-in. Instead, it was greasy low-quality, stored rice and chicken, a careless, unhealthy mess that no responsible kitchen should ever serve. I immediately called the restaurant. A lady said she would “check and get back.” I sent videos and photos as proof, but instead of resolving the issue, she blocked my number. When I called again, I reached another person who apologized and offered either a replacement or extra food on my next visit. I clearly stated I wanted a refund, not more food. He promised to “check and send” the money—but never responded. This is pure negligence and disrespect toward a loyal customer. I then complained to Swiggy, who at first refused to refund me. Only after a long and exhausting argument did they finally return my hard-earned money. And this is not a one-time mistake. Zamindar operates on false claims and dangerous practices: They boast “no artificial colors or tasting salt,” yet dishes like their Hong Kong Chicken are loaded with harsh artificial coloring that stains your hands and refuses to wash off. They claim to use Amul butter, but this is nothing more than a marketing gimmick. They use cheap stock chicken and have even served me spoiled chicken during dine-in in the past. On another visit, we ordered Butter Naan and Butter Chicken. The butter-chicken vessel had visible dish-washer stains, clearly not cleaned properly. After we showed it to the staff, they took it back—and within just five minutes returned the same contaminated butter chicken transferred directly into another vessel, proving how irresponsible and careless they are with hygiene. This restaurant is unhygienic, dishonest, and unsafe. They fool customers with big words while serving food that is harmful to health and show zero accountability when caught. 🚫 Do NOT believe their fake promises. 🚫 Do NOT waste your money. 🚫 Do NOT risk your health. Zamindar is dangerous. I strongly urge Swiggy, Zomato, and food authorities to take strict action against this restaurant for cheating customers, serving unsafe food, and providing pathetic customer service.

Totally Disappointing and Disrespectful Dining Experience!! My recent dining experience at Zamindar was nothing short of a disappointment and a display of disrespect. I visited with my family and ordered two non-vegetarian combos. When I requested an additional plate for my 4 year old child, the waiter shockingly informed me that they cannot give extra plates. Instead of offering a suitable solution, they attempted to serve the food in a very small, bowl-like plate normally used for food waste or quarter size curry. It was a clear indication that they didn't value customer satisfaction or basic dining needs. Frustrated by their unprofessional response, I approached the reception to request a proper plate, hoping for a more sensible resolution. However, to my dismay, they echoed the same excuse and insisted that we accept the miniature bowl as a plate substitute. This disregard for customer needs and the audacity to serve food in such a manner was not only disrespectful but also insulting to our dining experiences. The lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the staff at Zamindar was truly disheartening. It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. As a result, I have made the decision to never return to this establishment and strongly caution others against dining there. Save yourself the disappointment and disrespect by choosing a restaurant that values and respects its customers.

Zamindar has lost its hype. Agreed that it was a prestigious place with good ethics once upon a time, but now it's just a busy place with a pathetic service. There was this customer representative named Rakesh who was outright rude towards us who were waiting for our turn at a busy hour. The space was less outside, so we had to move a couple of steps to let others in, and this person, oblivious of the situation, just barged at us not once, but twice. Disappointed with the customer approach, we turned to another place for lunch. If these type of actions aren't tackled, you can expect a fish market the next time you visit with an ambiance similar to that of Karen's.

Been waiting in line decency is first cum first serve but manager says will serve owners friend who came after us first and then others who are waiting. Had to leave the place immediately as he was raising voice. Name of hotel is zamindar seems like habit also is the same and treating customer like labourer on zamindar's field. Seems to only serve friends of zamindar's. Common man is not a zamindar sir. When speaking in kannada and English manager says i spoke to in 2 languages can speak in another language. What does it mean? Does it mean threatening?

I had veg meals at 2pm today. They had put soda in the rice because of which my stomach's bloated. The rice quality was too poor compared to the price they're charging INR.190+tax. Sambhar & sides provided were far below average. Service was poor. Definitely not worth the money 👎 please explore other options.

The worst service. Today I visited Zamindar Restaurent in Kalayan nagar. No Banana leaves for service. The served unlimited veg meals in plate. Everything is cold.
