Food was great....penne arrabbiata and cold coffee and chocolate croissant specifically were fresh and delicious, however, sadly almond croissant wasn't available.

No water bottles at all. This is not acceptable. When asked they said stock got over. Not a very good answer IMO. The other food taste was acceptable but not having water felt off. They did bring water in some plastic tumblers (not glass) which again felt off to me. Needs better management which can manage time and inventory. Usually you have to get up from your seat and find somebody behind the counter to get any service. Not recommended

To whom it may concern, me and my wife attended your location in forum mall and we ordered a cheese cake and choclate cossoent, but we were disappointed and insulted. First we had a bite of your chocolate croissant and it tasted stale, old, and no crispiness at all. When we raised the concern to your team there someone named chandan said we sell to everyone and there is nothing wrong with it. I explained calmly that we did not like it as it tasted old and stale to us please take it back. They took it back but also charged us for it. I understand business but maybe your staff does not understand customer service cause after my wife complained to him again he was rude, and behaviour was completely unacceptable. That is when I had to step in a be a little rude to your staff. But this is completely wrong

I am writing this review to the team of Zed the Baker to give them a reminder to prioritise their customers’ health. The veg pasta, came undercooked. We sent it back, once it came back, we figured that something is off with the pasta itself, could be expired, weird taste and the salt in the jar had some black particles. The cheesecake was again frozen, the hazelnut lost its crunch, felt soft in mouth, the base was not crumbly as it’s supposed to be, sign of oil. Cut to next day, I’m ill. Totally unacceptable.

No much food options available, pizza is made of ready-made pizza base which is available in market at Rs.30/-. Pasta only 4 options. horrible dinning experience

it is ready made frozen pizza from central kitchen, they heat it and give. Lasangne was ok ok
