Great place .. food was really good. The sushi was very good and the lamb was succulent and delicious. Service is excellent. Naresh was really helpful, attentive at all times, gave good recommendations. We went for a bday celebration and indeed they made the occasion special . Thank you to the Zen team.

Zen gives you the best of Asian cuisine with the royal Leela Palace ambience. The tenderloin was succulent and truly tender. The staff was very helpful in planning the meal as per our preferences and the service was top notch

Overall ok, I prefer the one at Ritz. Also the one at Conrad and Shangri-La is better. Would not return. Service is also not good.

In a 5 star restaurant first of all there was no service, I mean they will just put the dishes on table and expect you to self serve. The tofu was very hard, Kung Pao potato was too salty. The Hakka noodles were too much over cooked. Overall a bad experience. I went with my toddler, booked a table for 3 still had to ask for a plate for her. Really disappointing food and service.

This was our second visit to this place, and unfortunately we faced the same issue again with the same waiter, Unsha. Her behavior was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She clearly lacks basic customer service skills and does not know how to speak to customers politely. It genuinely felt like she was doing us a favor by giving us a table, rather than doing her job. Ordering food and asking for help felt uncomfortable due to her attitude. We usually enjoy the food here, but repeated negative experiences with the same staff member really spoil the overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training, as customers should not feel disrespected when dining out.

Garlic butter chilli prawns were barely garlicky nor were they chilly infused. Singaporean crab curry was not spicy. Lamb loin was dry and over cooked. Not worth it
