Very Disappointing Experience We visited this buffet thinking the price was ₹595 + taxes as shown online. However, when we went to the outlet and were ready to pay, the buffet price was suddenly ₹1,500+ taxes. On top of that, they charged around ₹500 separately as convenience fees. Even more surprising, two ₹20 water bottles were charged at ₹198. In the end, our total bill came to around ₹6,000. The pricing was extremely misleading and there was a huge difference between the price displayed and what we were actually charged. Such unexpected charges should be clearly mentioned upfront. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place unless you confirm the complete final price before visiting.

Dexter charged us ₹450 + taxes for 6 bottles of Kinley, despite the MRP being ₹20 per bottle (₹120 total). When questioned, the manager tried to justify the excessive billing instead of addressing the issue. We have photographs of the bottles showing the MRP and the tax invoice as evidence. We will be taking the matter up with the Consumer Forum and through our legal team for unfair billing.

It’s a scam, they charge 3000 rupees for a buffet that’s not worth 1000 rupees. ZOMATO promotes them but once you are in, they ask you to pay directly.
