One place that I go to in Bangalore because of many reasons. 1.The food here hits home. Ask a Malayalee and you’ll know authentic and homely the fish fry, the chicken curry, the prawns or even the beef roast is. 2.Service here is not like a typical restaurant. The waiters here are good friends. They care for what you eat and they truly exemplify customer service. They check on you if you haven’t turned up in a while and such. 3.Community - Mostly a place where mallus hangout. Being one, it feels like a comfort joint.

I tried this place in HSR. Nice Kerala based cafe. All the food gives authentic Kerala vibes. Back in college I had mallu friends so this place reminds me of the food they used to bring for us. I tried some of their food. The sweets were amazing. And Schwarma is also good. A pocket friendly cafe. Must try Kerala parotha with curry.* pazham nirachath (a sweet made of banana and cocunus) Parippu vada ( vada tastes awesome with chai) shawarma ( too God) banana bhaji yumm and sweet stuffed sweet vada ( can't remember the name) every time crowded by students. nice place

Important to know that this is a quick service restaurant. Don't expect high service quality or gourmet food. For a quick lunch that covers basic curries, it's good. Have a quick meal, and leave. Not a place to hang out or come with friends for hanging out.

Very quick service. Good Kerala food. They serve warm kokum water like in Kerala. You can go here for lunch dinner or for evening snacks aswell. They serve a variety of Kerala snacks and amazing chai n coffee.

There's good and bad at this place...Tea,breakfast snacks, shawarma are not bad but had to give a low rating for a recent order we made the Pothu roast (Extra Spicy) and the Alfaham (Half cooked/No taste and Stale)

I was a customer for the past 6 years from the day they started near Narayana hospital, but the past few visits made me stop coming here anymore. The service person behaves like we go there for free food, and very rude behavior has occurred many times. We spent money here not only to get good food but we also expect decent service. I will ensure I won't visit this palace anymore, won't recommend anyone I know. Dear management, if you don't train your staff to talk properly to your customers, you may lose many in the future. 🙏

Order meals, got just 2 side dishes as curry & they chared 90 rps for that! Highly overpriced. There are better restuarants in hsr than this. The service they provide is very poor. They will serve the curry like rations. And finally, there is an arogant cashier sitting there. He doesn't know how to deal with customer. Don't go or order food from this place. Very bad experience.

This is the most pathetic restaurant in HSR, kerala food tastes so bad. grills are half cooked. Staffs are extremely rude especially the new guy in the snacks counter and the guy who stands next to the tea counter. Horrible place and food. None of the snacks tastes good.

WARNING! These guys are giving non-veg to vegetarian intentionally and laugh on being questioned. The server was happy hurting my friend’s religious sentiments. This things happened with my friend who is vegetarian.

Not recommended for non malayali folks. They will serve you with a smile only if you can order in Malayalam. You can't trust the food and service otherwise.
