This is a nice cosy cafe with a wide variety of food and beverages. Ambience and service were very good. The washrooms can be better managed.

The service has degraded, poor hospitality. Even after reminding the staff 3 times, our drinks came after we had finished our food. i specially had to go to the desk to remind the guy and they give no responses. this is a place which we visit whenever we visit bengaluru but this was the last time i am visiting or ordering from it. food was also ok as mushrooms were cold served in all american breakfast. mushroom on toast was great but rest of the breakfsst we ordered was ok. light was gone and as its very sunny today it got realky hot as the lights came back very late. looked liked they dont even have a generator. we have been going since the first restro was opened but today was a disapppintment. no manager to handle staff, no accountability from the waiters.

This is a café called Zoe’s on Sarjapur Road. We went here for dinner with our pet dog. We had specifically chosen this place because it is mentioned as pet-friendly. We were already seated, and I had placed the order. My husband had stepped outside with our dog, and when he came back in, a family with a child who had just arrived started screaming for us to hold the dog tightly — even though he was on a leash. They created a scene saying that pets should not be allowed here. Other people around also started commenting that we were only concerned about our pet. The child apparently got scared. Even the manager asked us to change our seats, but not the other family. This was extremely disappointing. If you advertise yourself as a pet-friendly café, pet parents should not be treated this way. Instead of supporting us, the management sided with the people who objected. I would like to give this place a very poor rating for their behavior towards pet parents.

The food service was extremely poor with no proper or sequential management. The Wi-Fi was slow, orders were not reaching the kitchen on time, and staff did not pay attention despite many customers waiting. We had to repeatedly check whether our order was even placed. Overall, the service was very disappointing. Sudeep and Anand took the order after repeated requests even not placed serving on the other tables .. there were not at all co- ordination

Nobody turned on fan, nobody asked if I want to water. I think these all are basic courtesy we expect.
