Moti Mahal Delux carries the reputation of a premium and established brand, but unfortunately the Baraut outlet falls far below those standards. The food quality was disappointing and did not feel fresh. The coffee experience was even worse—it was flat, poorly prepared, and lacked even basic froth or presentation. When I raised this concern politely, the staff openly admitted that they simply heat milk in a pan and mix coffee into it. Their response was surprisingly dismissive—they clearly stated that they would not make any extra effort and that they don’t have the proper equipment. What stood out most was the complete indifference towards customer feedback. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, the staff seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. A restaurant can survive on brand value only for so long—quality and service matter. After visiting this outlet, it’s easy to understand why it often remains empty. One visit here is usually enough to make sure customers don’t come back.
