I’m extremely disappointed with the way your restaurant handled our visit. Denying entry to someone just because they were wearing shorts is absolutely unreasonable. There is no law that forbids wearing shorts in restaurants, and your staff’s behavior felt discriminatory and unprofessional. If you truly have a dress code, it should be clearly communicated on your website, reservation details, or displayed at the entrance. Otherwise, refusing customers after arrival is simply unacceptable and shows poor hospitality. Incidents like this make customers feel unwelcome and disrespected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and avoid repeating such unprofessional practices in the future.
