Awesome place.. I celebrated my birthday on this place.. Ambience was good 👌,food was good Service was good.. I ordered Chinese sizzler having superb quality and quantity... sufficient for two.. Taste was awesome. Paneer Angara has smokey flavour.. Taste also good 😋.. Paneer tikka u can go for it... You can also try cheese balls.. N tandoori chap..taste awesome.. Plz work on pizza..it was not so good....base was tooo thin... So plz..... Overall best place to hangout with family n friends ❣️ 4.5/5 Keep growing n shining 😇 Bareilly_blogger Arpita saxena

I usually go every month with my family to grey house , service they provides is quite impressive,food quality and variety of food at very cheaper cost , staff always respect their customers, I had always get nice experience in past visits.

I visited grey houses twice and ordered Garlic bread-ok, paneer angara(too spicy), paneer handi-good, chicken rara-good , tandoori chicken , garlic chicken-good and dal makhni-good and some drinks. Paneer angara was too spicy, i think it should be spicy but not this much. Tandoori chicken and rara chicken was awesome(recommended) Garlic chicken was also good but chicken pieces should be small. But the naan was too thick and uncooked from sides. Shakes and drinks- good . Pasta mix sauce -good Overall i am recommending to visit grey house.

I recently visited The Grey House in Bareilly, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food quality was pathetic. The noodles were excessively sour and overloaded with vinegar, making them almost inedible. To make matters worse, we found hair in both the cheese balls and the masala papad. That was completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic. After this, we decided to cancel our main course as we had already lost confidence in the kitchen standards. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the managers. Instead of addressing the issue seriously or apologizing properly, they simply said this is “not generally the case” and displayed a very dismissive, unfriendly attitude. There was no genuine effort to resolve the situation or ensure customer satisfaction. The restaurant truly lived up to its name “The Grey.” Unfortunately, the quality was grey too… and so was the overall experience. Definitely not recommended.

I recently tried the Hazelnut Cold Coffee and the Mojito, and both were quite disappointing. The hazelnut cold coffee barely had any real hazelnut flavor—just a faint artificial taste that felt overpowering and unpleasant. The texture was watery instead of creamy, and it didn’t feel refreshing at all. The mojito was no better. It lacked freshness, the mint leaves tasted stale, and the balance of flavors was completely off. It was overly sweet with hardly any zing of lime or cooling mint, which made it taste more like a sugary soda than a proper mojito. Overall, both drinks felt poorly prepared and definitely not worth the price.

cant even describe the horrible experience at this restaurant. The food is inedible- be ready for a upset stomach if you eat here. They literally serve stale food. Pls dont go with 4.something rating. Its all fake and managed by strong marketing (which is the only strength of this restaurant). Prefer anything but this place when in Bareilly. It is managed by inexperienced staff who do not know the H of hospitality.

I ordered Shahi Thali yesterday and was expecting it to be good. It had dal makani, shahi paneer, mix veg, tandoori roti, rice and salad. To my disappointment, the quantity of all the dishes was so less that you can't eat rice and roti with it. Coming to taste, the Dal makani was the worst. I didn't like the paneer as well.. The mix veg was still fine. Overall I would give 2/5 only🙅‍♀️

Very poor taste.. very poor quantity… very poor service.. very rude behaviour of the staff.. I Will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
