The place is good and among the few places having a nice vice in bareilly. The location is great. But improvements required in staff and customer service as it is slow and does not give a positive vibe.

Ambience is 10/10, drinks were 9/10,staff was professional but the service was really late especially we were expecting all the drinks at the same time and food could have been better quality wise and definitely quantity-wise. But must go to spot for a rainy day to enjoy the vibe.

The quality of food was really bad before few months it was really kindly improve the food quality and update the menu there were so many dishes but they have been removed from the menu really dissatisfied

It was my second visit to this place within the last 15 days, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was painfully slow. One of our orders wasn’t even prepared for nearly an hour. When the Penne Mix Sauce Pasta finally arrived, it was undercooked. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff tried to justify it by saying that’s how pasta is supposed to be, which was quite unprofessional. To make matters worse, there were continuous power outages throughout our visit. The entire restaurant became hot and uncomfortable, making it impossible for my family to enjoy our meal. Overall, this visit was a complete letdown and nowhere close to the experience we had expected.

Everything is good but service is quite late and Zomato dining payment is not accepted! Staff is quite inexperienced and unprofessional.

Cigar roll should have cheese mozarella Pizza doesnt mean that you are only putting so much cheese, it should have taste also
