I recently ordered a Mushroom Masala from Hotel Roots, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The dish contained no mushrooms at all. When I called the owner to explain the situation, he accused me of lying, even though I provided a video as proof. He bizarrely claimed that I had placed the mushrooms on the plate myself and was only showing the curry in the video to deceive him. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. The owner's rude and dishonest behavior was appalling. Avoid Hotel Roots if you expect honesty and quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
