It should have been delivered within 30-40min, instead it took almost 2hour to get delivered they neither sent the right amount nor number of items. they have sent the wrong unwanted items too worse experience. completely harras. these days these brands only giving bad service to people, i personally experience worse staff,service,cleanliness issues. I want my full refund, all the food has no use, we had to order from somewhere else with alternative medium.

Very very bad service. Aj is hotel ki wajah se bhuke rahe he hum 1 hour before order diya tha 1 hour wait karne k baad order ko cancel kardete h Bht hi ghatia hotel he

Never ever got a chance to complain for their food quality, best quality food in Berhampur , and it's Nandan's Special Mushroom Biryani is like .. Speechless #lovetoeat

I love this place...it is the best veg hotel in berhampur.....the prices are also very reasonable and quality is the best... Must try- Paneer Korma

Item missing from my online order.I have ordered 2 plates of Idli, 1 masala dosa,4 rosgullas .So i suppose to received 4 idlis,but i have received only 2 idlis. The hotel should recheck the order before handover to the zomato personal. Anyway, I have received my refund for 2 missing idli from Zomato.
