I went to Annys once a couple of years ago and the food was good, but this year I have been 4 times in 3 months - and the food has been mindblowing!! Must try -- - chicken souvlaki - moroccan cottage cheese steak - chicken yaki tori - veg lasagne In fact I'd go as far as to say it has the best continental food currently in Bhopal!

Annys Is Our go-to place when we are not able to decide where to go and what to eat. All the dishes on the menu have always been very well prepared and I have not come across sloppiness in the quality so far. The mix of various cuisines offered here gets us everything that one wants to eat both among veg and non-veg options. Have loved the Paneer satay!

Anny’s has a calm and nice ambience. Both inside and outside comfortable sitting space is there. The service was quick and staff was courteous. Hookah is also available. Food ranges from Indian to Thai and multiple other options to choose from. Menu is fairly priced. They accept cash/card & UPI payments. Anny’s is on the first floor, right up Indusland bank. The place is wheelchair accessible with lift availability & staircase is there as well. You can either scan and order or order at place. Takeaway and delivery is also provided. Could be visited with friends/family. Coming to food, we ordered Green Thai Curry (Chicken) presentation was beautiful but sadly the taste was upsetting. The curry was way too creamy which made it unbearable to eat. Only if the cream were lesser the curry would have been more delectable. Next we ordered BMT pizza, disappointing again as the pizza had a strange taste with a burnt base. Cheese topping had a bizarre taste as well. We couldn’t finish the food due to the uncanny taste. The food was a let down.

Highly unprofessional and slow staff. We just ordered lemonades and chicken chowmein. The lemonades were too salty and the chowmein was bland and had no taste whatsoever. For the quality of food they provide I feel it is overpriced.

I really used to love this restaurant.. but since last 3 orders we were getting discrepancy between the menu and delivered dishes...n also the quality of food was not as expected...thinking this as an one off issue I ordered again(hummus bowl)..but the same thing happened again. I got parboiled veggies instead of grilled (as mentioned in the menu)...also pita breads were very sour.Finally I decided to complain butI was shocked by the highly unprofessional and frustrating behaviour of the manager who did not even care to acknowledge the issue. He retorted in the rudest tone that I am mistaken and started giving GYAN about the cuisine in a very derisive tone. He was behaving as if I have ordered veg hummus bowl.. expecting chole bhature to arrive... I also told him that this has not happened for the first time..n that in my last two orders also.. the quality was really low...but that person kept giving me knowledge about cuisines very disrespectfully... which was really frustrating... Even on roadside joints, I have never experienced such ignorant behaviour. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely this was my last order from them..

Very very disappointed with the overall experience, had gone with high hopes looking at the photos of this place online but turned out to be nothing close. Very understaffed, we ordered Greek Chicken and Chicken Souvlaki, firstly it took a very long time for the food to turn up, even the fresh lime soda was served after about half an hour, the chicken was burned and they served raw cabbage as sides with the dishes which was not expected. Went with small children who got so perturbed waiting for the food, the staff was just not bothered with the customer's concerns. Never ever will I ever come back here, the basics of this restaurant like the approach stairs are rickety, the ambience is poor and the overall service is pathetic. Staff is pretty lost and untrained.

What a disappointment 😑 The food here is palatable but the service is extremely poor. Falafel wrap wasn't available but it was prominently present on the menu. I wonder how hard can it be to edit a digital menu. However, as expected the Lebanese platter wasn't available but its flyer was placed on the table as well. We asked for a choco chip waffle stick but the staff told us that it's not available. We ordered two cold coffees and were dumbstruck when the person who was waiting our table told us that he has no more milk left to serve a third cold coffee. The staff kept confusing ice with ice cream the whole time. Also, to add onto it, there was a fly roaming around our table. I would not recommend this place.

Everyone makes mistakes. So when I saw an item added to my bill that I never ordered, I sent the restaurant a message asking them to explain it. They never responded, which makes me wonder if that addition was intentional. Anyway, would highly recommend you check the bill before leaving this establishment. Oh, and that number I messaged is operational, I called them on it to confirm their location before visiting. Food was good though.

The food is extremely bad! Ordered 4-5 dishes and literally all of them were so bad we couldn't even finish it.
