today I ordered a burger,taco and 1 fries from the indrapuri outlet of BK via zomato, but we didn't receive any fries, on top of that every number on their website and bill is either invalid or wrong, and they are doing absolutely nothing to fix this problem..nor are they taking any complaints via mail ot any other medium. It's a shame that an international food chain like BK has such horrendous customer service and are ignorant to the requests of the customers. Please keep in mind while ordering food from their outlets that they don't give a damn about ur order.

Today I had ordered for crispy chicken from db mall burger king at 9pm and it is almost 10:30 pm the order was not placed as the person from Zomato when reached to pick the order he was mislead by the people at the shop saying that the pickup point has changed and later on they said that the order has been misplaced and now they will be preparing it again.

I ordered king peri peri fries and medium coke from zomato so they didn't give the masala and the mixing bag
