So, i recently went to the burger King Ashima mall bhopal. I asked for a chicken crispy burger and i was not that hungry and wanted just the burger.. And the staff was so rude and bad for what reason i don't know.. they are not ready to sell just the burger they want us to buy the meal. And to reconfirm i asked i just want the burger and he refused in a very bad way .. said burger king only sell meals. . So the policy of burger king changed . Please do update that burger king don't sell burger and only full meals. And if u want burger you can get out. And eat in Subway as said by staff

No one had a clue where my order is. The order number popped up in the screen with "ready to pick up" and still had to wait for 10 mins, with continuous pestering from my side, to get the order. I could see delivery execs from Swiggy/Zomato having a hard time collecting the orders, can only imagine how many of you guys had to wait for your orders tonight. Sad state. Never going back to this BK outlet.

Extremely disappointed with the service, the staff there told us that all economic burger options weren't available, but we could see them on zomato for delivery at higher rates, and when we ordered 2 whopper and one chicken tandoori grill burger, they charged us extra for the patty which wasn't originally being shown on the screen, mooching off people's money

This meal is for Rs 177. The burger has just 2 3 piece of lettuce and 1/2 tspn sauce. Worst burger ever. Although, on complaining, mgr did get things added but he was rude. Macd is way better than burger King. 20 thumbs down.

Food smells like a dustbin zoomato Said this is a preparation part of restuarant please remove this type of people who are server this type of food to their customers (itta badudaar ha bta nhi sakte )

Staff was in-fighting in full view of guests. The ceiling was dripping dirty water on different tables. Manager didn't seem to care enough when we asked about the issues.

ordered double patty burger and paid but we received single patty burger. Tried reaching shop on contact given on zomato but it was switched off.

Very much disappointed. I order 2 burgers and 1 fries along with 2 dips but the dips and fries were missing in the order.

don't given proper order The order is of 11 burger and received 10 only but burger king staff is not accepting it
