Hi Burger King team, I just went to your store at DB MALL, Bhopal. There while I was placing the order with your associate Nidhi she told me I cannot order singles from Burger King. For any order I am placing the burger has to be added or they won’t bill it. Is this rule only for DB Mall Bhopal ? I was ordering cheesy fries with shakes. As I was not in mood to have burger at that time. But I was told by Nidhi that if you add burger than only the billing will be done. I have to make a combo is mandatory with Burger King since when ? As from Zomato also I place order of add insult too. But here it’s clearly you are pressurising customers to add the burger to your order even if I don’t want to ??? Please see into the matter. I am sure if this is the regular thing with your team in DB mall, Bhopal there all invoices will be having only combos. I don’t understand if it’s for only achieving sales numbers it’s a strategy and not to built a customer loyalty. Such a disgrace !!!!

I had waited for more than an hour for my order to get dispatched even though the delivery at first it was showing as only 19mins, they don't even recieve your call and got to know from delivery guy that burger king waits for bulk order from other people as well to start preparing and then dispatch it together.. such a disgusting service, first time ordered and had this experience,never gonna order from here ever again ,pathetic service. All you could do is sit hungry and wait for them to give you food. Horrible

burger king db mall iss very bad store staff is very bad and manager also manager iss irratate in midnight he is very rudely behavior manager mr rajeev iss taking rudely he is calling becouse my friend amount is unpaid becouse tachnical issue and he is call my working palace and complain me and my friend gone burger king but my information taken in instagram and calling my working palace and threaten me and last time i’m so so irritated and i pay peyment because i m so disturbing about those people

The worst service i have ever had didn’t provide the food on time Taking 1 hr for making a lite whopper for mẹ seriously worst than any thing Kindly don’t order any food items from burger king Rather stay hungry or choose another outlet but not burger king waste of time 🖕

pehli bar order Kiya wo bhi adha adhura bhejte ho, me aaj ke baad kasam khata hu kabhi in online food order nahi karungaa, gaali bakne ka mann kar raha hai or zomato se to kabhi nahi, ye sab ullu banate hai,,

I had to wait for more than 2.5 hours for the order to be received. By the time Food was cold and was not in its best to eaten.
