I visited the cafe latte after a long time and let me tell you they have improved!!! I loved the new change, services, and kindness. Umar and his team were super helpful and kind. The food was good and cappuccino much much better than last time.

Quick service, polite staff and tasty food along with impeccable ambience everything you need for a good time with your family. The summer drink kiwi and cucumber made by Umar was the highlight keep up the good work!

The food quality was extremely disappointing. While the prices are lower compared to other Noor-Us-Sabah outlets, the taste does not justify even that cost. It’s surprising that a place associated with “latte” could serve such poorly made cold coffee and iced latte. The waffle was equally underwhelming, dry, lacking texture, and topped with what seemed more like sugar mixed with oil rather than white chocolate. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this place.

Worst experience ever We visited with our family last night at ming dynasty chinese restaurant at Hotel Noor Us Sabah. The food was stale and taste less no salt in any food oil was dripping up from Frien rice. On top of the the Manager at Ming Dynasty I might have the wrong name but named at akhilesh was the most un welcoming and rudest person I have seen in hotel industry... They must first and formost teach their staff for hospitality and manners and to manage things Over and above this old and rusty hotel electricity went OFF and they didn't gave proper power backup we had to sit in dark It was a punishment by noor us sabah to us that we had to sit and have the ordered food at that place and the pay a bill of 10190 at that worst place. They must seriously think to close down this shithole of a place permanently..

Staff behaviour is not at all good. They kept reserved label on the vacant table so they told us to wait. We waited for 10-15min but when someone came and sit directly they just take that reserved label from there. So we don’t want to have anything in such un mannered cafe. I want my booking refund back.

The cheese didn’t taste like cheesecake at all and the lotus biscoff chocolate had no traces of biscoff. Highly disappointed.

Drinks are so sugary! Even after mentioning specifically to not make the drinks too sweet, they do make it extremely sugary.
