Extremely Disappointing – Not Worth a Visit Chaileela turned out to be a complete letdown. The food was absolutely tasteless and lacked even basic freshness or flavor. Despite the poor quality, the prices are ridiculously high. On top of that, they add unjustified packaging charges, even for dine-in orders. What really ruined the experience was the arrogant and unprofessional staff. They have zero regard for customer service and behave as if they’re doing you a favour. Any feedback is either ignored or met with rude responses. The overall vibe is unwelcoming, and for what they charge, you expect at least decent service and edible food — unfortunately, Chaileela fails on both fronts. Save your money and your mood. You’ll be much happier sipping on a ₹10 tea at a nearby tapri, where at least you’ll get genuine service and actual taste. Not recommended at all. Never going back.

Visited Chaileela recently and was very disappointed. The tables were unclean, showing a serious lack of hygiene. Our ordered food was also delay and worst in taste. While the bun maska and noodles were decent, but the Maggie, pizza, pasta, and ginger tea were all awful in taste. The slow service and unsanitary conditions were the main letdowns. With so many drawbacks I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially for the people who is concerned with cleanliness and good taste.

First thing’s first, I don’t think any restaurant can deny you regular drinking water and these guys just blatantly refuse to give a glass of water and would instead try to sell packaged water. The price is not the issue here, it’s the decency and gesture. Also, the washrooms are utterly dirty and infested with pests. The chai and maggi are good, ambience is okay and hakka noodles are terrible
