The service provided by the staff was good and they were courteous. The garlic naan and gulab jamun were also good. However, considering the price, I was quite disappointed with the buffet options. A buffet is only worthwhile when there is a good variety of dishes, and unfortunately, there were very limited options available. Especially for non-vegetarian lovers, this place is not recommended. There was only one non-veg starter (fish fry) and just one chicken gravy. I was also disappointed that there was no biryani among the vegetarian options. The desserts were another major disappointment. There were only rasgulla, gulab jamun, and ice cream, which felt very limited for a buffet at this price. Overall, while the staff service and a few dishes were good, the lack of variety and limited food options do not justify the price of the buffet.

Food and ambience of this place is very good. But I faced very insulting experience at the tulip restaurant from Mr Pavan and captain(i forgot name). Restaurant manager Pavan first refused to accept the offer coupon though it was saying flat 50% off on food. Then he called to account manager of Zomato and she also said that this is our mistake and we can’t accept the coupon though it was booked for flat 50% off on food. According to them they can accept it only for Buffet. Mr Pavan and zomato account manager of this place insisted me to cancel the booking and pay the bill with restaurant. At this point I took help of discreet chat support team. I also found that Buffet price in the restaurant is 599 plus taxes in the restaurant and on discreet it is 1200 plus taxes per person. Later I contacted help centre of discreet where Poonam resolved the issue with speaking with Nandini from Hotel team.

Food was not good, most things were very tasteless. and the amount paid for buffet was too much per person as compared to the quantity and quality of food provided. worst buffet out there in bhopal

Food is awesome. But don’t book your slot with this place as they refuse to accept flat 50% off coupon. This is just a bluff.
