Poor staff service. I have ordered coffee from this cafe quite a few times and every single time they degraded the quality, like this one time their staff just served the hot milk, 2nd time the hot coffee was not hot, and when I bring them to the notice of their staff, they refused to accept. So had to return them their coffee back. It is really sad to see when staff of such cafes misbehave and show stubborn attitude.
