I ordered Thali but sweet was missing so I raise the complainant to Zomato. I asked to ask if they can send the sweet which was missing as my office is nearby but they called hotel and they told they will look into it. So I had my meal and was working when Mr Gaurav came and handed me Gulab Jamun's. It really made me happy that the Resturant took initiative to make sure that the customer is happy. Really happy with the hospitality.

Amazing food and great ambience. Loved every dish we ordered- Hakka Noodles, Manchurian, Paneer Tikka, Hara bhara kebab, dahi bada, Shahi Paneer, Dal Fry, Jeera Rice, Truffle Pudding…everything was super duper delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant- you will not be disappointed for sure.

Manager was not aware of district and was denying payment via this app - please instruct the team to encourage apps to attract more customers. Food, ambience and service was great as always - it’s been more than 10 years of my regular visit to this place with family as it has best veg only buffet in Bhopal.

This place buffet just has 2 starters...yes they are good...but really few...though I won't complain about the main course...they pretty much make up for the starters here...ambience is great ..staff is professional ..!!

It's strictly okay. I liked the concept. Unlimited food but taste was not that great. Some items were good but as a buffet I don't think it is that good. They should try to improve the taste.

I made payment through Zomato but they have not accepted it and pressurised me to pay full amount through Google pay. it was very insulting. This way I paid twice. Pl arrange to return the money I paid on zamoto

Never ever been to any sick restaurant where staff was including manager and hosting staff were not at all bothered. We went in this place soup was pathetic, in main course dal was burnt, bhindi was uncooked - do pyaza with no pyaz, Manchurian was blend, paneer had no flavours at all. I suggest to all audience not to visit over here at all. Very worst hospitality.

Worst restaurant experience ever. At the last moment they denied payment through Zomato. Try to reason with them but they were not listening. In the end 3 managers plus restaurant workers came to harrass us and verbally assaulted us. More so ever there washroom sink wasn't even functioning.

Worst experience ever in Atishay slow service with bad quality of food in which noodles were half cooked and was served to the customer... tissue box empty when asked it took an hr to get filled again with only 5tissue...waste of money
