The view and chocolate milk is something for which I can visit this place anytime😍 Maggie is also quite good in taste. Would like to try more things😇

3 stars for the location. There's a certain calm you feel here drinking coffee and watching the sunset. Food is strictly ok.

I have been a die heart fan of this place untill yesterday. This place has the best view and chai. I have been here during almost all times of day. I have tried lot of things from there menu but Zafrani chai is my all time favourite. Yesterday I tried piri piri fries and mac and cheese pasta. Piri piri fries were amazing with perfect toppings of cheesy sauces and masala. I was disheartened to see mac and cheese pasta as it had no Macaroni or grilled cheese and when I asked the waiter about this, he was acted clueless and ignored us. After 15 minutes, I asked another waiter and he told that they make it this way only. I finally walked up to the counter with the dish. I found there was a girl with similar complaint who was served Morrocon iced tea whereas she ordered lemon ice tea. She also pointed that waiter was insisting her to have that only. The person at counter finally replaced it. Now when I raised my issue this guy simply was ignorant of the fact and was insisting me to have this pasta only and was adamant that this is how the dish is prepared. I said if this is how they make then they should name it cheesy pasta not Mac and cheese. I said that they should have highlighted while I was placing the order. I actually googled pictures of mac and cheese to show how it looks but he was not ready to accept and kept pushing me eat this the way they served. I walked off and knew that these have no sense of hospitality. They know that they an advantage of view and couple of unique chai and hence would treat customers the way they want.

1 star for coffee and tea only. Snacks is not at all good, for example peri peri fries doesn't have peri peri instead it has something else which is not worth the money. Staff behaviour right from counter to serving personnel everyone is rude and confused and didn't know how to behave with customers. On one hand They can literally ask you to get up as their time is up even if you are eating and on the other hand someone is still taking orders on the counter. Not at all upto the mark. Worst experience. Can visit for the view only that too if you are ready to accept their behaviour.

Pathetic service.Arrogant staff. Very slow service. Better to order online for food than coming here and wasting time. And for every delay they just have one answer 5 mins. Worst experience eating out in Bhopal.

I order cheese spicy Maggie ND didn't get a spoon with it......I was in office ND arrange spoon from near by shop ND then I can eat it....poor service
