Tried out a new dining place in Bhopal after seeing it as an "Insta-worthy" place. The restaurant is quite spacious with indoor and outdoor seating space. The service can be improved a lot as the staff is a bit inattentive.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to your restaurant. The food quality was very poor and did not meet even basic expectations. The taste was unpleasant and far below acceptable standards. Additionally, the staff behaved in an unprofessional manner. There was a clear lack of courtesy, attentiveness, and customer service, which made the overall experience even worse. I expected much better standards from your restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was highly unsatisfactory. I request you to seriously review your food quality and staff professionalism to ensure other customers do not face the same issue. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service We visited with our family and young children, expecting a pleasant experience, but were thoroughly let down by the extremely poor service. The staff was unresponsive, and there were long delays with no communication or courtesy shown. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when you're with kids. Definitely not what we expected — we hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.

food was really bad they served all most everything wrong...and I call chief to taste his attitude was really bad with us .... manager was the nice person but the chief was really idiot and showed us really bad attitude..over all experience was really bad my family felt really bad

I visited this restaurant recently and was quite disappointed with the verslow service. It took a long time for our order to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. While the food was okay, the delay really affected the overall experience.

The Captain was very rude, arrogant, he lacks knowledge and was creating confusion and was passing unnecessary comments. Food needs improvement and was not that great in taste.
