the ambience is lightful and the food is delicious. i liked the zinger pro burger and popcorn along with nashville dip. the staff is also good and explains about each and evrything on the menu. i would recommend for visiting this restaurant and have the KFC experience.

The worst experience i ever had with food. The bun was not fresh even after telling them they said it's completely fine. The staff has zero knowledge of food safety. Even after having the certificate of FSSAI they were very ignorant about changing their oil. The chicken was so raw and undercooked. The smell of the reused oil was so pungent. The staff was not at all ready to accept their mistake. Becaythey had punched in the machine so refund was not possible. The food was so unhygienic and tasteless that it was very harmful for anybody to consume. I would never recommend this outlet to anyone. They are a we'll known franchise and still have zero sense of service and food quality.

It's was a horrible experience! Being a fan of kfc's zinger, i was so excited about the new outlet opening near me. These people cannot even assemble a simple zinger burger! The bun, the patty, the sauce nothing was at par. They put zero veggies in it, and it the burger was extremely dry, had to throw most of it. That was 180 rupees down the drain. Better buy a mc aloo tikki instead.

very bad experience. i order burger with Pepsi but आई received only burger. and they said we send Pepsi also so this is not our fault. and i order large burger but i got small its look like vadapav.

Had a chicken zinger with undercooked chicken and bitten off bun . Veg zinger was dry and no salad dressing. Not worth the money.
