Save your money and go elsewhere. My experience at Nai Dilli was an absolute disaster. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, it took them an excruciating 45 minutes to serve us—only to bring out an incomplete order. When I addressed the missing items, the staff wasn't just incompetent; they were openly hostile, rude, and completely unapologetic about their failure. To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to take back the cold, late items that were missing in the first place. This is hands-down the worst service I have ever encountered. Avoid this place at all costs

worst experience, the staff was not attentive. They did not even open the lights just because it's not comfortable for them. we had our dinner in very dim lights. also the price was pathetic for the 50-70 grm rice the charges 600 rs which does not even have taste. Poor food poor service. at the end they want me to pay via cash and tell me not to pay through zomato and they charged me Rs/ 1996 for 3 items only. really really bad. owner should have to check Customer feedback.

So guys this is the reality of this restaurant. if you are vegetarian u will be non-vegetarian. we found house fly(makhhi) in their chutney. One of my friend felt vomiting and manager suggest us to admit her in hospital no big deal. How rude n inhuman the manager is.

it took 30 min for them to serve starter , we ordered starter and main course on arrival .After servicing starter they said it will take 30 min. more to serve main course

too much waiting for food. All waiters were busy on their phones and no one to attend properly.
