Food is ok, but services are extremely slow...unclean tables and dirty plates ....tissues were not avaliable and long waiting all the time for everything ...no feedback communication and bill was wrongly issued ...extremely unacceptable things...completely unsuggested place to visit..

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Ru Ba Ru Restaurant. The food was honestly terrible and nowhere close to being worth the price. I ordered a pizza, and it was by far the worst pizza I've ever had. The base was bland, the toppings tasted stale, and there was almost no flavor at all. It felt like there was no effort put into the food. The shakes were even more disappointing. They were extremely overpriced, yet they had almost no taste. It felt like I was paying a premium just for a glass of flavored milk. Completely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. The prices overall are way too high considering the poor quality of the food and drinks. I expected a much better experience for what they charge. If I had to rate my experience: - Food: 1/10 - Shakes: 0.1/10 - Service: 4/10 I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or value for money. Drinks had cockroaches in it. Place was unhygienic and not clean at all. They served starters and main course simultaneously. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Crockery was broken. Terrible experience.

There was a private party, and they were playing really loud music. We couldnt talk. And then kids started playing cricket near out table. The food was passable. Would not recommend

They denied us to pay through the app in respect of the drinks (beer). I don't find any such condition in your app offers. They charged service charge
