Your way of working and respectful behavior towards guests are absolutely excellent. No matter how much I praise you, words will fall short. I will personally speak to your Managing Director, Mr. Raoof Dhanani, about your outstanding work and will get you a world🌎🏆🏅-class award. Your hospitality experience is truly unmatched. Loved the food, service and ambiance. Went out with family for casual lunch. Ordered Nargisi so Pyaza and we absolutely loved it. We were given a great service by our server Anita. We will definitely go again there soon.

We were group of 6 people and have tried Non-veg and Veg Buffet. Review about Non-veg Buffet 1. Starters were icy cool. Chicken tikka were hard like rubber. Fish was over fried but ok ok type. Mutton kebabs were also ok ok types. 2. Main course has limited non-veg options - Mutton Kolhapuri, Chicken gravy and Chicken biryani. 3. Mutton kolhapuri has all bones. you need to work really hard to find good pieces having some flesh to eat. Gravy was good although. 4. Chicken gravy was good. 5. Chicken Biryani was very salty. It would be unfair to say it as Biryani, as it is nowhere close to authentic Biryani. 6. Desserts were good. After having "not up to the mark food" you have to rely upon desserts to fill your tummy. 7. Non-Veg Buffet cost us 799 + 18% GST (roughly 1000 per plate) Review about Veg Buffet 1. Similar to non-veg, there is no dish that could make our day. 2. Only Panchratna dal and dal makhni was good. And our Vegeterian partners has filled their tummy with steam rice an dal 3. Gol gappa and noodle were also good an one can try them. 4. Veg-buffet cost us 699 +18% GST ( roughly 900 per plate)

We didn't had a very good food experience at Sanchi Restaurant. We were 15 pax celebrating our special day but the food didn't go as what is expected from sayaji . Starters and soup were Good but the main course Sabzi were not at all good . We ordered paneer tikka masala which was very very bitter in taste and we had kofte ki sabzi and again the kofte were very hard to eat and gravy was again bitter in taste. We ordered 2- 2 plates but nobody liked it. Tandoori Roti were not fresh and hot, felt reheated rotis . Fulka, naan and Rumali roti was good . I would request the management to please look towards the issue . Having so experienced chefs and still basic mistakes . We called the chef and told them the problems . 725 rs for a sabzi the rates are not less than a 5 star hotel but the quality and taste was very poor.   Please improve the taste otherwise sayaji would be left behind . Staff tried to compensate us with complimentary Gulab jamun, cake and discounts it's a good gesture but had our guests with us and they left empty stomach which was a big disappointment. I have paid the bill still i am writing this review so that these problems can be improved in future. (Photo of Bill Attached) Thank you  Amit Agrawal

Absolutely shocking service failure at @Sayaji_Hotels Enrise,Bhopal m.p on 8/6/26 around 9 PM. Ordered a strictly vegetarian meal, but was served non-veg instead. This is a massive violation of religious and dietary beliefs. Absolute lack of care and hygiene in the kitchen. I have clear video proof of the staff accepting their mistake on camera, which I am withholding from public upload solely to protect the privacy of my family members in the frame. Authorities can easily verify this by checking the hotel's CCTV footage. We expect proper accountability and compensation for this severe mental distress and deficiency of service. fssaiindia @consaff_india @CollectorBhopal @BhopalPoliceCP @BhopalBMC please look into this gross negligence.

Pathetic & slow service, the staff was very slow in catering to our requests, multiple reminders had to be given. AC was not working where we were seated & we had to call the manager to fix the cooling issue. extended time to bring starters and drinks. The server was clearly disoriented and had NO KNOWLEDGE of how to serve customers. They were not swift and lacked experience. They took 20 minutes to get the cake to the table and all of our guests kept waiting. Overall, pathetic service and inattentive staff, they were slower than a TORTOISE. Hopeless experience at Sayaji Sanchi Bhopal for Dinner. AVOID AVOID AVOID ! - Their service has gone down drastically over the past years.
