Had a chance to experience buffe breakfast while staying in the hotel. Menu was varied will all sorts of cuisines, taste was good too and staff was very courteous.

Had a chance to experience the Murshidabad Food Fest at Shahnama. The staff were really courteous and helpful. The food prepared by chef sarita sarkar was fresh and authentic to taste. The highlight for me was the Gondoraj lime juice and the Sukhto (bengali style mix veg) Thank you for bringing a part of my culture to me :)

It's usually a crowded place on weekends.The service is not gud at all if there is event like marriage going on . Ordered veg biryani , mutton biryani both tasted very normal Ambience -5/5 Food - 3/5 Servicing -2/5

Live Music could have been better. Vegetarian dishes were better than Non Vegetarian ones. I reached at 1:30 PM but still Mutton Biryani was over.

I made payment accidentally to this hotel but not refunded till date from 7/09/25 to today 12/09/25. no district dining app support is resolving and refunded and hotel not responding please help me to refund my 3000 rupees as I never used any service but why not refunded my money. please help
