I have been going to this place pretty often these days. Established in one of the busiest places of the city, this café has really set the bar for other coffee shops in the vicinity. This Starbucks outlet offers comfortable seating, nice ambience and a welcoming staff with a wide variety of hot and cold beverages to choose from with a few options for snacks. However, the items on their menu are a little overpriced. Overall a great place to hangout and chill!

After a long wait I finally got to try Starbucks at its Arera Colony Branch. The place was very crowded & chose not to dine in. Collected my order & ate in safe confines of car. Pros : 1. Good variety of food items, from little eats to coffee. 2. Tried spinach and corn pocket- quantity was good and bread buttery, almost melted with every bite. 3. Good for young crowd, both inside and outside seating choices. 4. Choices to add blends to ordered coffee 5. No one allowed to enter without mask.or getting sanisited. Cons. 1. Ordered Coffe Late- small begineer size and tasted average 2. Used QR code to order online to save time and queue in closed space. Howver counter person clue less about pre orders & struggled to locate mine. Maybe teething problems with training. 3. Outlet gives complimentary face mask to those without at entry point. However many those collect these drop at same container after coming out- the same used masks get recyled- am sure this is by accident & not design. A simple drop box for discarding used ones and an alert security person will solve the problem. 4. Poor quality ketchup given with bakery savouries. Would have expected a dip or atleast better quality sauce. Cons

We had nacho dip, butter croissant, spinach cheese puff pastry, smoked chicken puff pastry, masala chai and pumpkin spice drink (without the latte). Everything, except the pumpkin spice drink, tasted good. Service was excellent. Price is bit on the higher side, but that's expected.

It caters just the brand name nothing else. The toast in chilli cheese toast was stale. The beverages were just fine. Many places out there with much better taste and less prices. Not really happy.

Even if you are paying bill of 1800 for 3 coffees and a toast and you cannot use even the outside siting to dine just because you also happen to have french fries meal from other outlet , what I felt being at both Starbucks outlets is that big brands when come in small towns the staff treats the people as if they own the brand. We very politely mentioned that we will use outside siting as we have delivery food from kfc as well but yes we were not entertained and as we acomodated ourseleves outside while our order was getting ready still we were asked to leave the premises. (Pehle order tho dedo we know we have to leave) Hospitality is key feature in this sector which is lacked by Starbucks bhopal . The pleasure of having coffe is fully wasted here. They should learn from local brands that function beautifully here

Starbucks if charging so much they should atleast know how to make their signature drinks not jus ful on making something liquid full of ice in it.A drink should be worth 360 and not providing the services which they are charging for is most shameful thing worst drink I ever tasted

Well i didnt like their hazelnut coffee. So so taste , mostly ice i mean all ice if your keep that for few minutes
