The quality of food is degraded. Also service was not at par , the manager or attendent attitude was as if he is doing a favour . He did not provide plates for Pizza asked to eat in quarter plate

Service was too slow, even though there was no huge crowd, food was ok and can be improved in taste as well as quantity, a couple of things are not available which we ordered.

Visited this place 2–3 times and overall it’s a great experience. The ambiance is beautiful, staff is polite, service is smooth, and the food is really good. The only area that really needs improvement is the live music. Every time I’ve visited, it’s been the same artists performing very similar sets, which makes the experience feel repetitive and predictable. The energy and song selection also don’t vary much, so it lacks freshness. Introducing new artists or different styles would really enhance the vibe and make people want to come back more often. . However, the live music was a bit disappointing. It was my friend’s birthday, and mostly sad songs were being played, which didn’t really match the celebration mood. I’ve been visiting this place for quite some time, and I’ve noticed that the same artists and almost the same playlist are repeated quite often. It would be great to see some new artists and a more lively, varied playlist. Otherwise, we had a good time!

The overall experience was disappointing. Wine was served in a champagne glass, which felt odd and gave the impression of reducing the serving quantity. When we requested a proper wine glass, we were informed that none were available, despite wine glasses being visibly displayed as part of the decor. Instead, two empty glasses were simply placed on the table, leaving us to pour it ourselves. Additionally, the platter portions seemed inadequate. Most items were served in quantities of three pieces each. Typically, platters are designed with four pieces of each item so that two people can share comfortably. The serving size did not feel well thought out for sharing. Service and attention to detail could definitely be improved.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I found a hair in my Manchurian, and instead of apologizing, the staff insisted I still pay for it. The service was equally poor — we had to wait for hours before the main course finally arrived. Basic hygiene and customer service standards were completely missing

A below average pub. Boring vibe and music, extremely expensive beer, and unenthusiastic staff. This is the first time I paid 1k for a beer that was semi cold, with a mug that was a cool as this place. Avoid.
