Had an amazing experience here! The restaurant ambience is absolutely perfect—so beautiful and relaxing. A special thank you to Neelam ji and Anup ji for their excellent service and warm hospitality. They truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommended!

Great ambience, perform live music on weekends. Beetroot galauti kebab is must have.🤌🏻 Sabj biryani is so aromatic and flavourful, loved it. You have to request them for regular water and they might reject it, minus 1 star for that.

I had a really disappointing experience at this café. The food taste was honestly below average — it felt bland and poorly prepared, nothing like what you’d expect for the price. What made it worse was the staff attitude. They seemed uninterested, slow to respond, and not at all welcoming. Basic things like taking orders and serving food took way too long, and even after reminding them multiple times, the service was careless. Overall, the combination of bad taste, poor service, and unprofessional staff makes this place not worth visiting. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Manager behaviour was so rude the food service is good but i have ordered one cheese garlic bread and margarita pizza but the pizza taste was so bad i left my whole pizza their actually my mobile data was not working properly at the time of payment so the manager behaviour was so worst he was talking with me in a very badly manner very rudely i will not visit ever again in the ark restaurant never ever…!worst experience..!

Pathetic service. Extremely rude owner and staff, pathetic food with a foul smell. Too much noise and service so delayed that for even a fork you have to wait like an hour. Avoid at any cost.
