We went for their weekend buffet. The food was good in taste with a good selection of items which were different from standard buffets at other places. The staff was courteous and polite and the prices were reasonable. Overall the experience was quite enjoyable.

Service is extremely slow, and the staff is unprofessional. In my mint mojito I found a cockroach, I reported immediately they were so casual and claimed they didn't put it and they don't know where it came from! As I went with my colleagues and didn't want to spoil the mood/environment we didn't creat any chaos. It was quite disappointing.

today I had a lunch booking through zomata at 3 pm zomata taken money in advance for pre- booking . but when we went there with whole family found they cancelled the buffet without notice we were very hungry the staff at Fern residency were very rude and drove us away from the restaurant... we then went to bansal one and had to take meals exorbitant rates ...they do not honour their commitment do not book any offer just on the advice of zomata because cheating is awaited..they still did return my money and I am left with lurch... even my family is very disappointed with me because I had done the booking. all rogues and cheats just want to make money do not trust any offer put over here they take advance and dupe customers when called customer care they just hand over a six letter word SORRY......IAM FEELING CHEATED TODAY
