This is a new destination for south India food lovers, it is serving the authentic taste of South Indian dishes Situated near multilevel parking in zone - 1 mp nagar , not a very big place and nothing very fancy , though it’s new but furniture and ambiance looks a bit off , but who cares we went for food only We tried Ghee podi idli - 4/5 Lemon idli - 3/5 - not worth spending one of the costliest idli in menu , it was just another fried idli in yellow color and no lemon, Multigrain dosa - bit salty due to the batter , the masala was on side , bit more oily , the masala comes on the side Chatni - 4/5 Sambhar - 4/5 Next time vada and dosa .. self service no serving at the table which is fine , For South Indian food I always prefer Indian coffeehouse , since years. This could be a good alternative

Just visited The Sambhar Cafe. I thought this place was by the same owner as Shri Prasadam, but to my disappointment, it was not. The food quality was below average both in taste and quality. The only thing that was good was the filter coffee. We ordered lassi, which had a stinky taste, not once but twice. I felt the owner/manager was there while all this happened, but to my utter shock, he didn't come once to check. The most important part of running a food joint is service, which can even make up for taste sometimes, but unfortunately, many don't understand. Not recommended.
