This was my third visit to the restaurant, and I noticed they've updated the menu, cutting down on many of the food options. While the food is good, the preparation time is quite long. The coffee portions are smaller than expected, but the lemon honey ginger tea was excellent. We also ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad, but it was served to us after an hour—and without the chicken.

Recently explored a new café in Bhopal, housed in a bungalow. The café offers roadside parking, although there’s no valet service available. The food and beverages were just okay, and while the ambiance is soothing with plenty of greenery, I noticed that most of the menu items were missing. Overall, the location is good, but the café could benefit from additional training and improved management to reach its full potential.

the only thing worth having was the Hot chocolate I sat at the upper deck there was only one waitee for the entire floor a simple order took 45 minutes and Affogato I ordered was not even how it is supposed to be the pizza was bland service was slow and unprofessional I never received my change from the waiter, he took the remaining amount as a tip by himself

This place has lost its aura. Earlier it was a place to sit either with friends or family with a service which was beautiful, service was efficient and I could enjoy my time. But in the past 2 years, it has lost its appeal — it was my go to place but now it’s just another cafe. The food quality has declined tremendously. The coffee is being served at a temperature that regardless of it being cold or warm comes to room temp in 5 minutes. The bread or pasta is of similar taste yet burnt or has raw vegetables — so sauce is the only great thing. Moving on, the food preparation to serving time is quite slow, like if you want me to soak the aura for 30 mins and have food well that’s quite a nice strategy but what if I am hungry and still got to wait 20 mins? Even for a coffee sometimes. Now, this was just food. Next, about the services. With all the new staff, they don’t know a thing about what they are serving it’s just 1-2 old ones which it makes it difficult to choose sometimes if I want to try the seasonal items. Moving on. They are highly understaffed, they don’t even catch your eye quick so the tabletop buzzer box is not of meaning. Last but not the least the major issue - seating availability. I stood in the queue twice for 10-15 minutes which is definitely okay but two things have happened. The first time the manager/ head guy just let the other customer go in and I had to wait extra 5 minutes saying he had come in early. But he wasn’t present at all, I came before him. The second time, it was jam packed and I was told to wait 10-14 minutes saying a table is about to get empty. I was okay with it but then he was approached by few regulars. So the guy who was managing the seating told them to choose the seating on the above portion as seats are empty or can wait for 2 minutes as a table was about to get the billing. Basically, them being a regular customer helped more than the ones who were standing in the queues. This is the worst you can do in terms of service. That’s all about my past few experiences. Here’s to hoping it improves!

Disappointing Experience at The Ten Café Despite Good Food and Ambience I recently visited The Ten café with friends to celebrate a birthday, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to poor service—especially from a waiter named Tahir. While the café has beautiful ambience and good food, the staff’s attitude ruined what should have been a joyful celebration. As we were settling in, Tahir approached to take our order and rudely asked us to "hurry up," even though we had just arrived. We were there to relax, not be rushed. Throughout our visit, he hovered around, making it clear he wanted us to leave quickly because others were waiting. Even after we paid, he asked us to vacate the table while we were taking a few photos. When questioned, he blamed it on “orders from inside.” His tone was rude and unprofessional. To make it worse, no one welcomed us when we arrived—no water, no glasses, nothing until we called out multiple times. For a premium café, this level of service is unacceptable. In conclusion, while The Ten café has potential, the lack of basic hospitality—especially from Tahir—completely ruined our experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff training.

THE WORST PLACE TO VISIT. I rarely leave any negative comment but this one made me do it. The ambience was okayish but not at att well maintained. To start with, there was no one to attend or to check the availability. No staff memebr cared to keep a check. Worst customer service! Not at all well maintained. Coming to food. That was even worst. We ordered Farm pizza, Chillie Mac n Cheeee and watermelon mint cooler. The pizza was not at all fresh. The crust was breaking apart. And there was no topping whatsoever. Low quality cheese was used. Mac n cheese was eatable, but bland. The cooler was just water mixed with a bit of watermelon with no mint flavour at all. Overall a very bad experience in terms of food, ambience, service. Everything!!!

the service is extremely slow. we ordered chicken steak and the quantity was questionable. the chicken was also not cooked properly. i also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee and it was the worst. The cafe did not even add an appropriate amount of condensed milk to the coffee Moreover the quality of the coffee was really bad. it tasted like some local grade coffee. Absolutely bad experience. The place is good but everything else is a hard pass.
