I had an amazing experience at Vicolo Cafe! The ambience is incredibly cozy, warm, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time. The staff is exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive—they made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. Every dish we tried exceeded our expectations. Overall, Vicolo Cafe offers excellent food, outstanding service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I was really excited about this place since the ambience seemed nice and the menu had a nice variety of dishes. Just tried the spicy veg dumplings this time but they were bland. On receiving our feedback, they brought out a complementary lichi drink which was nice and salty. Might be back to try some other dishes!

⭐ 1/5 — Vicolo Cafe: All Hype, Zero Substance Vicolo Cafe is hands down one of the most disappointing café experiences I've had — and I'll tell you exactly why. Mocktails on the menu? A complete lie. We ordered the Guava Heat and Ruby Watermelon — both listed, both unavailable. The staff's excuse? "We don't know how to make them." A café that can't make its own menu items. Instead of being upfront, they tried to quietly push something from an OLD menu. Absolutely disgraceful. Think the coffee saves it? Think again. The Iced Latte and Cappuccino — the bare minimum a café should nail — were equally underwhelming. This place calls itself a café yet can't execute the two most basic beverages in existence. The Instagram page is pure deception. Vicolo Cafe plasters social media with aesthetic reels and glowing promotions, but walk in and you'll find a completely different reality. It's smoke and mirrors — all content, zero delivery. The service is selective and dismissive.
