I took a dinner buffet - food is ok (I expected better from Hyatt at 1800 + taxes). Ambience is good. Staff look very constrained - for everything they go and ask manager.

For the Sunday Brunch-Buffet as they call it, the fare looked good with all kinds of dishes available with good presentation. However, the ambience was miserable - no view, no effect of fine-dining in a Five Star Hotel. The dining hall looked as if construction is still on and you’re eating at an incomplete place. Then came the most miserable part - loud songs played by a male singer with the voice of a female singer. It seemed that Hyatt brought over a singer from the cockroach class to play for its five star guests. Food was tasty, but dishes like sushi that could have been a delicacy, were kept out upon the table for so long that they were hardly chewable. Overall - a poor experience. Any person, family that wants to have a five star meal and experience, may safely head elsewhere. There are plenty of places in Bhopal. Hyatt and Zing Restaurant is best avoided.
