⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful experience at Hyatt. The hospitality was excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. A special thanks to Atul and Chandni for being so polite, professional, and welcoming. They made our visit even more comfortable with their friendly attitude and prompt service. Truly appreciate their efforts. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!❤️

the lady at booking counter initially denied the seat, although we have pre booked and had a year old child. arguing with us and when we tried to leave from there after 15 min, their manager intervene and gave us a seat. the service is really poor, n taste was not good. pizza came after 45 min post order. if they don't consider zomato booking it should be removed so that guest are not harassed. marriot service is much better.
