Tried out Birch today and honestly, it was a pretty memorable experience. The highlight for me was their *Purani Dilli Chicken* — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with that authentic old-Delhi vibe. Definitely a must-try if you visit. Ended the meal with their signature dessert, *Birch Forest*, and it did not disappoint. Beautiful presentation and just the right balance of sweetness — a perfect way to wrap things up. Also, a shoutout to our waiter, Dibya, who was attentive, polite, and made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, great food, great service, and a place worth coming back to.

Been tagged as a Premium luxury hangout spot in BBSR, I am shocked to learn that the handcrafted cocktails here came out as a Big scam ! Each cocktail starting around 750+ to 1k and almost all of them do not comprise of any equivalent standard of base spirit justifying that price range. They serve Smirnoff/Magic moments as a vodka and Beefeater as Gin based cocktails instead of Absolute and Bombay Sapphire which do not meet the standards of a premium cocktail. I did not had courage to ask for the whiskey base but I’m pretty sure that’s not better either. Fancy names & fancy glasses never justifies a cocktail if they are not made of good spirits. Though i am not against smaller brands but I would think twice to pay 1000 for a 30ml vodka/gin based diluted cocktail. However the waiter mentioned that they can be customised based on order with an extra charge. The food & ambience on the other hand is why the 3stars !
