Had a great experience at this blanco kitchen and terrance. The ambience was cozy and relaxing, the food was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. A perfect place to hang out with friends or enjoy a peaceful meal. Highly recommended!

The taste of food was average, the menu was not concomitant with the theme, neither was the music . It would have been better had there been a wider range of continental dishes to go with the Greek theme

The food price is okay but the way their staff is billing and serving was not good. It would also be good if the staff behaved properly, especially the staff near the main gate.

Visited this newly opened Santorini-themed spot for a birthday celebration. The ambiance is gorgeous, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a complete disaster. We had pre-booked, but once seated, we were told half the menu was unavailable, no tandoori items, no kebabs, and not even basic juices or lassi. The Dragon Chicken we settled for was rubbery and completely flavorless, and our mocktails were essentially just glasses of sugar syrup. The service was shocking. We had to beg for water glasses (one waiter actually told us they didn't have enough because they were "new"), and the staff completely ignored 4-5 requests to just bring out the birthday cake on a plate. To top it off, there were constant power cuts. Had to cut the cake in pitch darkness, and the power failures even delayed our bill. We were so frustrated that we paid for our starters and left before even ordering a main course. The staff apologized and blamed being "new" and the Saturday crowd, but that’s not an excuse. If you are setting up a fine-dining place, you need to have the absolute basics like power backup, trained staff, and actual drinking glasses sorted before opening your doors. Beautiful decor can't save terrible hospitality.

it's happened 3rd time i didn't get to enjoy or have my tike everytime I had to leave in 1hour maximum I wanted to spend more time but the arrangement isn't good please try to improve it, it's a request not a complaint
