Amazing food and atmosphere, love how the place has been created. Had a beautiful peaceful vibe and really good staff. We ordered Mustard Chilly Chicken, Quesadilla, Matcha Coconut Latte and Espresso Hot chocolate. Loved all of it, especially the Mustard Chilly Chicken and Chicken Quesadilla.

It’s one of the coziest place to dine and have a great time. The dishes are delicious and definitely different from the current trends in the city. Vibe is great! Perfect time to visit would be around the sunset as the corner rooms give out that warmth. You can also enjoy the library section. All in all, great place for all ages to enjoy.

The service is extremely slow and the food is quite average for what they charge. I expected more from the ambience but it was so so and the spacing was so small that it felt like you were sitting in one of those tiny apartment rooms of Japan. We had cheesecake over there but it wasn't even a baked one and tasted not that great. For an outsider visiting the city or studying there, a huge letdown.

The service quality has gone down alot in recent months. I would rate the beverages still 10/10 tho and the food recently has been mid at best.

They have taken their customers for granted I suppose!! Cafe 16 used to be a good and calm place to have a quality time but off late they stopped caring for servicing customers and increased the price fansying that footfalls would continue. Had a very bad experience today. While my Wife was very hungry & ordered a Sandwich at the counter ( without waiting for the waitress), they first forgot about the order then delayed it beyond a standard 20 minutes that any restaurant would take on an avg to delivery any order. We got it almost after 30 minutes of ordering. This sour experience compelled us to make up our mind NOT TO VISIT this place again. Wish they improve from here or face sudden disappearance.

If there -10 I would hav given it . After starting for 10 min they ask us to leave the sit and wait as it was booked. as it was big group and we were 2 people as the can get more for more people soo they didn’t care for two people.

We had 4 items in total on our table but the staff billed 5 items which was also reflected in the bill and we had to pay more eventually.
