We were denied one of the dishes of our order and asked to change the order. After agreeing and changing the order, after one hour of waiting, we were told that our order is not available. The staff is absolutely unaware of the dishes unavailable. This has happened thrice and we have left the place empty stomach after sitting there for over an hour. Highly unacceptable service

They mixed up our orders, gave wrong pasta sauce and type of pasta, and refused to return it. The waiters are confused themselves as to what is available and what is not. We had to wait for 30 mins to get anything on the table even.

so the bill came in and being a gold member I have the option to pay via Zomato, the manager denied straight away stating it's not allowed. highly inconvenient.
