I had a shocking and extremely disappointing experience with dbakw bakery. I had ordered a cake for my mom’s birthday, expecting it to be a special and memorable celebration, but to my absolute horror, we found a lizard inside the cake. This is not just careless, it is downright dangerous and completely unacceptable. When I immediately called the bakery to report this, their response was shockingly casual, as if this was not a serious matter at all. They told me they would give me a free cake with my next order, as though that would fix the situation. Why would I ever order from them again after such an incident? Food safety and hygiene should be the top priority for any bakery, and this level of negligence shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect for customers. This ruined what was supposed to be a happy occasion for my family, and I would strongly warn others against trusting this bakery with their celebrations.

Extremely disappointing experience with D'Bake. The order was accepted and after making me wait for almost 2 hours, the restaurant cancelled it and the money also deducted. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. Please think twice before ordering from here, especially if you are ordering for an occasion or are on a schedule.
